Hello, my name is Brian Hoeffner, and I am the Bingo Director here at Casino Del Sol. I think you'll just fall in love with our staff here in the bingo hall. I have personally hired each one of them with a careful observation of friendliness. I am extremely proud and love to brag about their teamwork and overall guest service. It is a great feeling as a manager to receive more compliments than complaints about our staff.

Our Bingo Session Managers consist of the excellent leadership skills and great attitudes of Josephine Whitehorse, Paula Farias, and Jose Cupis. Should you require any supervisory assistance you'll find there problem solving skills and responsiveness to be quite helpful.

Enjoy the voices of Damian Mendez, Veronica Castro and Tara Nelson as our Bingo Callers. Damian, Veronica and Tara are extremely professional and experienced and are just wonderful at what they do. Currently working at our hall is Damian Mendez, a very experienced caller from the Casino of the Sun era and previously employed as a bingo caller at near by bingo hall. In other words, we've finally converted the "Chosen One" back from the dark side, creating a whole new and improved era here at Casino Del Sol. I believe you'll find Damian's professional expertise quite enjoyable as you engage in our lovely recreational game we call bingo. Veronica previously worked as our bingo caller here at Casino Del Sol and we are extremely happy to have her back because she is such a great asset and employees like her are so hard to find. Finally, Tara Nelson who also worked at another nearby casino as a bingo caller, brings to us even more experience, insight, and kindness. We are so very pleased to have Tara on our team and hope she stays with us for a very long time. So come out to visit us, I'm sure you'll find their friendliness and cheerful attitudes pleasant to be around.

We have several cashiers here to assist with how and what to buy in for. When faced with questions our cashiers just always seem to have all the answers. If they don't know, they will definitely find out for you.

Last minute decision to jump into a special game... Our floor attendants will be there before you know it. Fall behind and need assistance... Our floor attendants can catch you up in a hurry. GOT A BINGO... They'll be there to pay you out. Whatever it is, they're here to help.

The employees behind the scene ensure our staff are supplied with the tools and products needed to make bingo possible. They are the backbone of our hall. They consist of our paymaster cashiers, who track and make the payouts to the floor attendants and our paper issue and inventory clerks, who also help ensure our operation is safe and secure from cheats or scams by tracking all paper and electronic cards sold for legitimacy.
