Hello, my name is Brian Hoeffner, and I’m the Bingo Manager here at Casino Del Sol. I think you’ll just fall in love with our staff here in the bingo hall. I have personally hired each one of them with a careful observation of friendliness. I am extremely proud and love to brag about their teamwork and overall guest service. It’s a great feeling as a manager to receive more compliments than complaints about our staff.

Now let me introduce you to Bingo's Administrative Assistant April Corrales. April is extremely polite, courteous and really on top of her game. She is extremely organized and accommodating to everyone. She is very capable of meeting many needs our guests may have and if for any reason she can’t, she will get management to assist you.

Our Bingo Session Managers consist of the excellent leadership skills and great attitudes of Josephine Whitehorse, Paula Allen, and Pearl Salazar. Should you require any supervisory assistance you'll find their problem solving skills and responsiveness to be quite helpful.

Enjoy the deep Barry White style voice of Jim Skye as our Bingo Caller or experience the very experienced Jose Cupis. Jose and Jim are extremely professional and experienced and are just wonderful at what they do. Together Jim and Jose make up over 15 years of experience and knowledge. Also returning to our hall is Damian Mendez, another very experienced caller from the Casino of the Sun bingo hall era. I believe you’ll find Damian’s professional expertise quite enjoyable as you engage in our lovely recreational game we call bingo. Finally, we have our new addition to the caller stand, Celina Valenzuela. Celina previously worked as our bingo trainer and learned the art of calling while training. I’m sure you’ll find her friendliness and cheerful attitude pleasant to be around. Our callers are also assisted with our knowledgeable Bingo Trainer, Sunshine Mirabal. Sunshine does an excellent job at calling and has a clear and crisp voice.

We have several cashiers available to assist you with your buy-ins. When you have questions, our cashiers just always seem to have all the answers. If they don't know, they will definitely find out for you.

Last minute decision to jump into a special game? Our floor attendants will be there before you know it. Fall behind and need assistance? Our floor attendants can catch up in a hurry. GOT A BINGO? They'll be there to pay you out. Whatever it is... they're here to help.

The employees behind the scenes ensure that our staff is supplied with the tools and products needed to make bingo possible. They are the backbone of our bingo hall. They consist of our paymaster cashiers, who track and make the pay-outs to the floor attendants and our paper issue and inventory clerks, who also help ensure our operation is safe and secure from cheats or scams by tracking all paper and electronic cards sold for legitimacy.
